How to enroll

How to enroll

We've made it easy to start your studies, and it is as simple as coming in and meeting the Principal to get started. Contact us NOW – your bright future starts here!

Step 1 Make an enquiry

You can choose one of the following to make an enquiry:
•   Fill out the Application Form, email it to info@abtaedu.com
•   Post the Application Form to:
            Unit 3, No. 53 Dundas Court, Phillip, Canberra, A.C.T. 2606 Australia
•   Telephone us on +61 2 62854255

We will then send you an Enrolment Form to complete and contact you to arrange an appointment/interview with the Principal. We will provide you as much information as we can to help you making the right decision.

Step 2
Meet with the Principal, bring any questions you may have with you. During the visit you will be advised further on course content and other details pertinent to the training.
There are a few different fee payment plans you can choose from to make it easier to study with us.

Step 3
Complete the Enrolment Form and related documents, enroll in the course/s.

Step 4
ABTA will issue you a Confirmation Letter of Enrolment, which states commence dates, duration, your Student ID number, qualifications you will achieve; training location and fee schedules. You will receive a Student Induction Kit (include class timetable) prior to commencement of the course.

OVERSEAS STUDENTS

As an overseas student which courses am I able to enroll in?
ABTA has five full-time courses which have been approved for the acceptance of overseas students.
They are:

Nationally accredited qualification:
•   Diploma of Beauty Therapy WRB50105 (CRICOS Course Code: 070706G)
•   Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy WRB40105 (CRICOS Course Code: 070705J)

ABTA qualifications (non-accredited):
•   Diploma of Advanced Beauty, Spa and Nail Therapies
•   Diploma of Advanced Beauty and Nail Therapies
•   Diploma of Advanced Beauty and Spa Therapies

Am I eligible for enrolling in the courses?
Overseas students wishing to enroll in any ABTA course must fulfill the following criteria:

have successfully completed the high school matriculation examination or equivalent; or
be eligible for mature age entry; i.e. 21 years of age, or above at time of course commencement, and
be of 18 years of age at the time of course commencement; and IELTS 6.0 or equivalent.

ANU College can assist students who may not have sufficient English language capabilities. Please contact our Student Service Officer for more details on English language requirement.

How do I enroll as an overseas student?

Before applying for a visa you must enroll at ABTA first.

Step 2

The Overseas Student Service Officer will contact you by email or phone to discuss your chosen course and answer any questions you may have prior to enroll in the course.

Step 3

We will then send you an Overseas Student Enrollment Kit for you to fill out and return by email, fax or post. We will provide you as much information as we can to make it easy for you to process your enrolment.

Step 4

After receiving your Enrollment kit, we confirm your eligibility then assist you with obtaining the appropriate Visa and documents. We will secure your place in the course/s.

Step 5

We can arrange pick up at the Canberra Airport and accommodation prior to your arrival.

Step 6

You are required to attend Orientation Day prior to the commencement of the course.
